Excitement is building in the genealogy community around New South Wales as our State Conference is taking place this week on 16th and 17th September.
Lake Macquarie Family History Group is a member of The NSW & ACT Association of Family History Societies Inc., the umbrella group for societies in NSW. The conference hosts are our neighbour groups at Newcastle and Maitland.
We have donated prizes of a years subscription to our group and a book for the conference raffle.
Unfortunately the conference clashes with our monthly meeting but LMFHG members can still attend the sessions via zoom on Friday and watch the Saturday sessions on Youtube in the week following the event.
