Bibliography - Books for researching Family History in Lake Macquarie

During the Lake Macquarie FHG presentation, Trawling in the Lake, for National Family History Month last week an important element of the resources shared was a list of books and printed materials to assist with local research.

As an alternative to sharing a printed book list the free Librarything online platform was used. The bibliography contains not just books held locally in our Group's collection but in local public libraries, the University of Newcastle, the State Library of NSW and the National Library of Australia. It is a dynamic list that will grow as new resources are identified.

Our Librarything bibliography for researching Lake Macquarie Family History

To access the list select the bibliography tab below the header image on this blog or go to this URL in your browser:

Once at the site clicking on any of the links on the page will take you to other areas of the site. If you know of any books that are not on the list please leave a comment on this post and we will add the details to our Librarything account..
